Job Description

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for an organized, motivated and aggressive salesperson. Do you have knowledge of the lighting industry? The distributor model? If yes, then put it to work as a Philips Account Manager. You will have the chance to develop and execute a sales plan in order to align and promote Philips Lighting products to GROW market share throughout the Albequerque/El Paso territory.

* Develop mutually beneficial objectives with our strategic and core distributors.
* Coordinate business plans and promotional activities.
* Support end user sales activities.
* Develop applications programs.
* Provide training on products including application and feature functions.
* Develops pre-bid packages

Requirements

3 or more years distributor sales experience in lighting.
Extensive knowledge of the lighting industry and in-depth knowledge of product applications.
Proven record of establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Excellent organizational skills.
Proven ability to focus on strategic business.
Track record of meeting and exceeding goals and objectives.
Bachelors degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent.
