The Management training program combines an extensive, well-structured, 12-24 month training program, designed to provide a strong knowledge of all aspects of our business. Management trainees will work along side our Regional Vice Presidents and experience a full cycle of various roles/departments, with the purpose of training individuals the ?ins? and ?outs? of our unique industry.  Upon successful completion of the program graduated trainees will be placed in a leadership role in a key management position with ASSI/24seven.  The Manager Trainee is required to travel extensively relocating within one of our various territories.

 

Qualifications/Education/Experience:College degree desired, although two year degree acceptableAble to juggle several projects at once with excellent prioritization abilities Possess 1+ year experience working in a corporate environmentExercise the ability to set and prioritize goalsBe able to prioritize and meet fluctuating deadlinesHave a positive can-do attitudeHave a very strong motivation to succeedMaintain the highest level of confidentiality and personal discretionExcellent communication and organization skills Strong follow-up and discipline skillsDemonstrated team builderReasonably proficient with Excel/Work/Power Point
