Dofasco Tube, Inc., an industry leader in the manufacture of mechanical tubing and representative of such core values as safety, integrity and trust, continuous improvement, customer driven, and teamwork has an excellent opportunity for a Manager of Commercial Administration at the Dofasco Stainless Tubing facility in Elizabethtown, KY.

 

This position will be responsible for the following key areas:

 Manage the Inside Sales Team Select ? Train ? Motivate the Inside Sales staff Champion the Order Fulfillment Process Team Analyze / Manage performance measurements compared to plan Pricing Authority & Responsibility / Spot Pricing Decisions / Cost Analysis Provide input information for forecasting Communicate market intelligence Understand the Sales strategy and implement effectively

 

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

 A Bachelor?s Degree or higher with emphasis in the business, marketing, or management disciplines. Marketing and Sales experience, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment. Sales Management experience. Demonstrated ability to work with detailed specifications and to understand technical product requirements. Excellent communication, planning, analytical, and organizing skills. Proficiency in computer technologies including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.  Previous experience with Cognos database programs, Impromptu and PowerPlay, a plus. Aggressive, goal oriented, leader capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. Must place high value on customer service and the company core values listed above.
