Manager, Sales--Evercare Seattle

Evercare is America’s most experienced and trusted provider of health care plans for the aged, disabled and chronically ill population.  Evercare? provides access to resources and services to help enrollees remain self-sufficient and independent for as long as possible. Evercare offers a variety of health plans tailored to the distinct needs of people in all phases of long-term care: nursing homes, assisted living, in the community and Hospice and Palliative Care.



Meet and exceed the monthly enrollment goals through the development of sales strategies and the effective management of the community sales force. Manage, coach and mentor Institutional & Community Account Executives.
Compliance with all CMS and Medicaid regulations relative to sales and marketing.
Develop / Manage / Implement enrollment and marketing strategies.
Manage comprehensive lead base.
Identify new growth opportunities.
Increase market penetration and enrollment retention.
Recruit, hire and train quality sales staff (Account Executives, Sales Administration Coordinators, etc.).
Provide ongoing development and performance management for all direct reports.
Complete and maintain all required administrative, commission and compliance reports as required.
Manage lead base through the effective use of lead database management system (Sales Vision and Seibol).
Organize and participate in community events aimed at increasing community and referral source knowledge and use of our business.
Establish and maintain relationships with peers in community agencies, referral sources and providers.
Identify and implement strategies to address barriers to growth and sales.
Facilitate ongoing communication internally and externally to maintain. exemplary working relationships.


Demonstrate effective communication in a variety of settings (group, individual, internal, external) and across all levels of the organization.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with key community agencies, referral sources and providers.
Innovation, creativity and flexibility to work in a constantly changing. environment Four year degree in marketing, health care, business administration or related field.
3 - 5 years experience in sales management (preferably Health Care).
Long term care, Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care experience desirable.
Self starter with ability to work with little supervision.
Local travel required.
Obtain and maintain appropriate state licensure.
