IMS is currently seeking an Account Executive for an industry-leading account, located in the Plano, Texas office. This position may require some travel to Chicago, IL, but not often. This position will report to the Senior Account Executive.
The Account Executive is the voice of IMS to the client. The AE manages the day to day communication from the client and directs the project requests through IMS departments.

Primary duties and responsibilities include:
-Strategic planning and delivery of programs
-Generate clear, consistent communications to internal and external team members regarding status and requirements of programs
-Proactive resolution for client issues or concerns
-Drive ideas and innovation inside Agency and with Client(s)
-Work as a team member with all IMS Account Management, Production, Customer Service, Freight and Finance staff
-Work with IMS processes and procedures, and look to aid in the continuous improvement of them
-Provide back-up and support to Senior Account Executive


The ideal candidate will have a college degree and 3 - 6 years of experience in-store marketing, merchandising. Strong client and project management skills are needed. Print production and transportation logistics experience a plus. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
