Marketing Advisor (Account Manager)

Since 1973, Continuity Programs, Inc. (CPI) has been designing and implementing creative customer loyalty and opportunity programs for mortgage bankers, real estate companies, banks, credit unions and others.  Our direct mail marketing programs help build and maintain customer loyalty and relationships, encourage referrals, increase customer satisfaction and keep our clients on top of their customers' needs and future plans.  We are currently looking for an individual to join our team as a Marketing Advisor (Account Manager) covering the states of Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Arkansas.

 

Responsibilities:

 Proactively prospect, qualify, close, grow and maintain a regional territory account base consistent with Corporate objectives. Establish, maintain and grow accounts by building relationships, maintaining accurate records and updating client account information using automated resources (CRM). Determine clients' needs and communicate benefits of our programs to the clients. Establish and demonstrate effective sales processes to include setting clear call objectives, time and territory management, reporting of activity and enhanced market growth as measured by increased business from new and existing accounts within the territory. Conduct sales presentations for prospective and existing accounts. Maintain a clean, professional appearance consistent with corporate policies.

 

Skills Required:

 Superior communication skills to include written, verbal and interpersonal. Demonstrated success in a field sales environment or similar role. Firm understanding of sales development and execution. Demonstrated organization and must be self-disciplined. Strong dedication to customer service. Familiarization with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point as well as contact management applications Demonstrated persistence resulting in sales success. Experience in the mortgage/real estate industry is preferred.
