Marketing Consultant

Corevest Brokerage, a national insurance marketing organization in Dallas, Texas, is hiring for the position of Marketing Consultant.  This person will be responsible for recruiting agents and brokers to write life insurance and annuity products within the brokerage community.  He/she will also manage and motivate these agents to successfully accomplish sales goals and meet production requirements.  We are looking for a highly-motivated, energetic individual whose unique personality translates well over the telephone.  Prior industry experience is not required.  However, prior marketing, sales and closing experience over the phone is a plus!  We are willing to train the right person who has the necessary people skills and a 'fire in the belly' to meet and even exceed goals. 

 

Job Summary:Recruit insurance agents over the phone to market life and annuity products within the brokerage arena Motivate agents to accomplish sales and production requirements in order to meet departmental and company marketing goals Become familiar with multiple carriers, products, underwriting requirements and procedures in order to assist the agent with the challenge of writing greater volumes of business Educate brokers regarding products and services in order to increase sales production Build effective relationships with agents so that they trust and respect the advice and decisions that are offered Follow through with carriers and internal staff to assure that business is processed accurately and effectively
