Marketing Coordinator (Growing healthcare opportunity!)

We are seeking a responsible individual with a positive attitude to join our sales team as a Marketing Coordinator. The position offers the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing division of a Fortune 100 Company. The hired individual will manage a database of leads, coordinating marketing communications. He/she will also have some administrative functions.


 


Key responsibilities include:



Scrubbing and processing applications, and inputting leads from multiple facilities to a database


Working with the Sales Manager to maintain the database and keep it updated


Coordinating the mailings of marketing letters, presales kits and correspondence with new members

Maintaining the inventory of sales materials



The qualified candidate must have some work experience in a corporate environment, and must also be proficient in MS Word and Excel. Experience in the healthcare industry, customer service, sales and marketing are all preferred. We also prefer prior work with sales databases and software.
