Medical Device Sales Representative

Job Description:  Present products to surgeons, hospital operating rooms and outpatient surgery centers.  Candidates must be highly motivated and possess a strong work ethic, as our employees work without constant supervision.

 

Products:  The surgical devices include a broad range of leading edge laparoscopic and minimally invasive products.  Sixty-five percent of the products are disposable devices and the other thirty-five percent represent capital equipment.

 

Qualifications:  Candidates must have: 1. A proven track record of success in a medical or non-medical sales capacity (minimum of 5 years), 2. A four-year bachelors degree, 3. An ability to build solid customer relationships quickly, 4. A comfort level selling medical devices in an operating room during surgery, 5. Strong closing skills, and 6. A working knowledge of the human anatomy is preferred.

 

Territory Description:  Phoenix and the surrounding areas, Flagstaff and Tucson.

 

Compensation Package:  Starting salary of $50K to $70K per year, depending on experience (we would consider a higher salary for top performers with significant surgical device sales experience), an aggressive commission package, quarterly and yearly sales contests with significant monetary rewards, 401K program, car allowance and a health and dental plan.
