National Sales Manager / Director of Sales

Miraclebeam Products, Inc. has an immediate opening for a National Sales Manager / Director of Sales for an experienced executive national accounts sales manager who is looking for a great opportunity.

 

Miraclebeam products are an industry-leading, retail manufacturer of handheld lasers, LED pet products, flashlights, and outdoor products.  We seek an energetic, talented, self-driven individual who can excel in a fast-paced, progressive environment.

 

Responsibilities include development and performance of our outside sales team, development of key customer relations, and strategic planning to identify growth markets and opportunities for product integration within existing customer accounts as well as new account prospecting. 

 

The successful candidate must be able to identify new and creative solutions to meet customer's product needs while working closely with manufacturing and sales to increase revenue and operating income.

 

This position requires a BS degree in marketing or related field and previous key sales and account management experience with proven leadership in market development.  Retail industry knowledge helpful as well as large account experience in the Mass (K-mart, Wal-Mart, Target,), Big Box (Circuit City, Best Buy), Club (Sam?s, Costco, BJ's,), Pet (Petsmart, Petco), Office Products (Office Depot, Staples, Office Max), Hardware (Ace, True Value, Home Depot, Lowes, Do it Best) and outdoor (Bass Pro, Gart's, LL Bean, REI, Eddie Bauer, etc.) key retail accounts. 

 

Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  Travel is required.
