Develop and implement plans to capture new business opportunities within assigned business unit. Establish detailed knowledge of Company products, markets and services. Acquire detailed knowledge of customers and their needs as well as an understanding of competitors in order to communicate the value of Goodrich Sensor Systems products. Prepare and present technical marketing information. Participate in new program contract negotiations. Provide liaison between field sales, customers and company resources for new business pursuits. Develop training programs for field sales and customer personel.

Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field. Must have eight years experience. Two years in sales or marketing of technical products in aerospace preferred. MBA preferred.
