We're Hiring Experienced Sales Representatives for the North West Ohio Market.

 

The North West Ohio Market is about to undergo several market changes and we're positioning our sales staff to take the opportunity and develop our newest markets.  These positions will already have an established book of business to manage, and you will be expected to manage the current book and to build upon that to increase the sales territory returns.

 

As an outside sales representative in the telecommunications industry for a local independent company, you will be accountable for the acquisition of new business customers throughout an assigned territory.  You will sell full portfolio of wireless, voice and data products.  More importantly, you will create and provide electronic data and business solutions to various levels of busniness accounts within your territory.

The position of Sales Representative is one of critical importance to our organization.  Our representatives are the primary point of contact with our local business customers and are expected to carry out their duties with a high degree of professionalism, responsiveness and efficiency, while generating acceptable levels of profitabiltiy for the company.

 

The position is paid a base salary, car allowance, commissions and bonus based on performance.  First year potential of $45K+ and unlimited opportunity.  Excellant benefits package including health, dental, life and disability insurances, vacation and sick leave are provided.

 

Responsibilities include: Generating new business as well as maintaining existing accounts, prospecting, cold calling, meeting deadlines and achieving sales goals.

 

The successful candidates will be motivated and proficient at cold calling, analyzing customer's needs, proposal generation, customer training and follow up.  Essential competencies include excellent oral and written skills and the ability to work and train independently.  College degree and industry experience is preferred.  Attitude is the key to your success and the ability to help customers is a must!
