Open House for Inside Sales Associate

Ajilon is working with one of the country's leading Internet destinations and are seeking dynamic sales professionals to help us to expand our market share.  These agents will be responsible for significantly increasing their productivity and transaction volume, while also being able to focus on self-generated business.

 

Day to day duties will include: Phone based calling on prospective agents to join the Agent Network team of over 10,000 agents Following up with agents who have expressed an interest in receiving internet based leads of consumers requisition the services. Effectively communicating the Agent Network value proposition to the agent and managing the newly signed agent for 60 days.

Qualified individuals for this position will possess the following: Minimum 1-2 years sales experience, business-to-business preferred. Demonstrated track record of sales success and meeting weekly sales quotas. Ability to sell through objections. Outbound cold-calling experience. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office products. Bachelor?s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.

 

This position will include a highly competitive compensation plan, commission plus base salary of  $17,000 annually with average 1st year earnings of up to $50,000 along with an excellent benefits package.

 

Must have solid work history with telesales experience.  Local candidates only.
