We are currently seeking candidates for an ATLANTA (East) based territory (primarily East of Highway 400/Peachtree Rd./I-75 to the South), both inside and outside perimeter.

  Job duties include:

?  Outside sales to medical, dental and other healing arts offices and clinics.

?  Manages sales territory by providing on-going sales and service to established accounts while attracting new customers for continued growth in the customer base.

We seek candidates with the following credentials:

?  A BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or related major.

?  1-5 years direct selling experience; or

?  Entry-level candidates who possess a strong focus towards sales.

?  Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.

?  Self-motivated, ability to work independently, with strong time management and organizational skills.

?  Current residence in the Atlanta (East territory) area strongly preferred. 

 

POS offers a minimum base salary of $30-$34K, plus commission, car and cell phone allowance.  In addition, a competitive benefit program includes medical, dental, drug card, life, disability, and retirement program including both a pension and 401(k) plan.

 

We project first year earnings for this territory to be approximately $50-$65K, commensurate with experience.  In 2005, the average earnings (base plus commission) of a POS Sales Rep was over $85K, with top performers earning over $150K.
