Position Responsibilities:

Responsible for servicing existing Major Paging Accounts (50+ units in service) ?Responsible for upgrading Paging service to existing accounts, negotiate and implement contract renewals and managing the disconnect rate of existing customers through superior customer service

?Responsible for attracting new paging business and generate revenue through

tele-prospecting, cold calling, sales presentations and proposals to potential new customers thus gaining B2B market share

?Maintains knowledge of industry, company and market promotional elements

?Complete and submit accurate and timely weekly sales activity reports as required.

Daily management of leads, prospects, and follow up deals utilizing in house software. 

?Maintain a cooperative working relationship between all necessary departments to ensure orders and contracts are processed efficiently to achieve customer satisfaction

 

Candidate Qualifications:

?2 - 4 years OUTSIDE sales experience ?Understanding and knowledge of paging industry and related products and services

?Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communications skills with the ability to make presentations before a group

?PC skills (Microsoft Office)

?Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience preferred must have a High School Diploma

?Must have a valid driver?s license

?Account Representative will office out of their home and service/sell within an assigned territory
