Outside Sales Representative - Accounts Manager

Oldcastle Westile, Inc., a concrete roof tile manufacturing, located in Casa Grande is seeking an outside sales representative/account manager?with building materials industry experience?for the Arizona market?who will bring immediate added value to the sales team.? This candidate with the right qualifications and performance has the potential to become part of the management team.? Duties will include but not limited to:Marketing concrete roofing tiles to architects, builders, roofing contractors, and distributors throughout Arizona, New Mexico and Texas.? Company car will be provided.Target and acquire new accounts along with servicing and growing business with existing accountsRepresent Westile and Oldcastle at industry functions and trade showsBuild team unity with all Westile and Oldcastle employeesAssist in budgeting and sales/expense projections

Qualifications:Undergraduate degree / MBA preferredSales and marketing experience - building industry preferredStrong communication skills - computer proficiencyTeam player / team building skillsProven success in growing the business
