Practice Director - Washington, DC

Ajilon Finance Solutions, the premiere provider of senior level finance & operational professionals on an engagement basis with 24 offices throughout the U.S., services a wide variety of industries that include financial services, construction, law firms, non-profits/associations and government contracting for the greater Washington, DC region.

Our Washington, DC office (the headquarters of the mid-Atlantic region) is actively searching for a Practice Director overseeing all business development and recruitment activities.  The Practice Director will be responsible for continued training of existing Senior Managers (Account Executives) who are focused on new client prospecting activity, identifying Consultants who possess at least 13 years of experience as executive-level accounting and financial officers, system implementation consultants, internal control documentation specialists and business process improvement professionals.  Our engagements are both project-based and interim staff augmentation in nature, yet average 6 to 9 months in duration and are generally local, so our clients need not pay excessive T&E fees.  Additional service offerings include Enterprise Risk Management and Corporate Performance Management.

Proven sales and business development work history is an absolute MUST, because you too, will be responsible for carrying a book of business.  Naturally, knowledge of accounting and financial principles will also be required, and if you have consulting service sales experience, it will certainly give you a leg up on your competition!

Compensation is comprised of a substantial base salary coupled with an escalating commission structure and an over-ride an all office profits!
