As a Program Manager, you will:Build relationships with leading financial services firms for the purpose of meeting their business objectives by selling courses and related materials for CFP(R) Certification and other advance business designationsDevelop market awareness using various media sources: Print advertising, Internet searches, emails, direct mail, phone calls and information sessionsContact and market to current and prospective business customers through emails, direct mail and phone callsWork closely with management to develop and implement marketing strategies, which will include the placement of print advertising and contacting financial service firms to setup on-site workshop sessionsConduct presentations for business clients to sell and educate them on the value and success of our financial planning programs and materials
Qualifications:
Four-year degree in marketing, business administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience3+ years of inside sales experience selling into professional business environmentsStrong administrative skills, organizational skills, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of Acrobat Reader, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access desiredSome travel may be required to present our financial planning programs to current business partners and key prospectsYou'll receive great benefits, health and life insurance, 401K plan, medical savings account, vacation, personal days, and more.
