Regional Sales Manager - Job Description
Responsibilities:
Meet city or regional sales and income goals
Ensure the satisfaction of customers
Evaluate Sales Representative's performance
Develop motivational plans to further grow sales representatives
Develop plans to grow sales with both existing customers and new accounts
Provide management reports as required
Minimum Qualifications:
B.S. Degree
7-10 years experience in business form sales or comparable sales management
Previous direct income and expense responsibility
Excellent presentation skills with a high level of enthusiasm, a positive attitude and self motivated
