Job Description:

As an account executive for Clear Channel Radio you will utilize the resources of 7, top-rated radio stations to create custom marketing campaigns for current and new customers. No previous media or sales experience is required.  Successful candidates are creative, financially motivated and entrepreneurial with the ability to build rapport quickly, take risks and produce results.

Candidate Profile:

*Listening Skills: You must have the ability to ask the right questions and listen closely to uncover the unique business needs of each customer.

*Creativity: You must have the ability to build custom solutions to fulfill the unique challenges of our customers utilizing the resources of our 7 top-rated radio stations.

*Presentation Skills: You must have the ability to clearly articulate the benefits of your custom solutions through compelling written and oral presentations.

*Time Management Skills: You must have the ability to organize your days to ensure attention to the needs of current customers while continuing to develop new customers.

*Technology Skills: You must have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook to build presentations and ensure flawless communications with your customers. You must also be able to utilize the worldwide web to gather information pertinent to the development of new business.

Compensation:  Clear channel offers a guaranteed training salary as you ramp up and build your client base.  The compensation package eventually becomes a rewarding 100% commission program.  The amount of each paycheck is determined only be your ambition and ability.
