Regional Account Executive

A Midi Regional Account Executive (RAE) is responsible for the sales of Compliance and Ethics Learning Solutions and relationship management.

 

A strategic solution selling approach is required.

 

Decision makers and influencers with whom the RAE will interact include: Corporate General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officers, HR and Training executives. 

The RAE is expected to be knowledgeable of the Compliance, Ethics and Learning Industries and be able to engage in informed dialog with the listed decision makers and influencers.

 

Responsibilities Include:

 ? Sales of Compliance and Ethics Learning Solutions to new accounts in a geographic territory (Texas and surrounding ? travel averages 2 days every other week)

 i. On going Prospecting and Account Research

ii. Presentations

iii. Competitive Data Gathering

iv. Regional Networking and Marketing Support

v. Proposal and RFP creation

vi. Contract Negotiation

 

? Relationship management of existing customers in territory

i. Coordinate Customer Kickoff meeting with Program Consultant

ii. Communicating with Program Consultant

iii. Periodic Account Review

iv. Problem resolution

v. Keeping SFC customer data current

vi. Informing customer of new products and Services

 

? Renewal and Upgrade of existing customer contracts

? Contribution to sales and marketing projects that will benefit the  Sales  team

? Participation in National and Regional Conferences and Trade Shows Skills Desired

? Strong business acumen - must be able to call high in the organization. ? Strong communication skills ? written and oral.

? Strong organization skills ? daily activities and territory management.

? Strong cold calling and prospecting skills.
