Regional Implementation Manager

Requirements: Project and manage the implementation process for each contract. Develop close relationship with Local Account Manager in operating companies and closely monitor & control implementation. Strong project management skills. In-depth knowledge of local implementation processes. Deployment plan development ?Key Measurement Completion of agreed deployment plans that are agreed by customers, Global Relationship Manager, GAM and Local Account Managers. ?Remarks Part of Regional (RGS-X) resources in Operations Team. Monitor, analyze and review service performance against the agreed SLAs. Document and update service level management documents such as: SLAs, Service Level Review Report, Service Level Improvement Plan etc. Organize and conduct service level review and service improvement program meetings including the customer and service providers when necessary. Conduct and evaluate customer satisfaction surveys for service delivery. Work with manager of delivery team to assure that positive/negative trends and incidents are identified and resolved. Initiates corrective action responsibilities & tasks. Work with client at global/central department and define project plan including project parameters (i.e. deployment policy, depreciation rules): (Lead RIM) Coordinate consolidation of local deal with the help of GRM and GAM in other regions. Responsible for the tracking of the local implementation of global contracts within the assigned market. Control and support operating companies local implementation of global contracts. Develop and strengthen relationship with LAMs in operating companies for assigned market in own region. Maintain and update sales stage information about local implementation obtained from LAMs in each region. Responsible for project specific success measure, such as customer satisfaction from the global contracts of the assigned market in own region. Providing support to GRMs who lead GASM / SET/MET for assigned market in own region. Key Measurement Element Primary measures % of completion of agreed deployment plan with customers, LAMs, GRMs and GOOs, including their success criteria in all regions. (Lead RIM) and in own region (RIM). Indicate % of successful execution of agreed deployment plan for global deals in assigned market in own region. Customer and Business Partner Satisfaction Index during deployment phase, if available. Secondary measures: Cycle time reduction in signing local participation agreement, if the data can be gathered.
