Minimum 3 years technical sales experience in engineering or manufacturing environment with research or other detailed work.? Experience with the electrical utility, industrial boiler and chemical markets is desirable?as well as having worked through Manufacturer's Representatives.??The ideal candidate would be able to read blueprints and CAD drawings, and technical flow diagrams.? The candidate will be able to develop new business, expand existing business and increase sales.? Ability to motivate and direct?16 to 20 outside independent sales reps scattered throughout the US.?

Excellent communications skills and the ability to negotiate and close sales.? Basic knowledge of instrumentation or heat transfer knowledge.? This position would require 40% to 50% travel.?
