Regional Sales Manager - Salon & Beauty Industry

 Maly?s, a growing distributor of popular and exclusive brands in the salon industry, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for territories in the Pacific Northwest.

 

Our Regional Sales Managers are responsible for supervising up to 10 sales consultants within a territory: recruiting, hiring, training and management of personnel. Key objectives include achieving / exceeding assigned revenue targets through the development of a trained and qualified sales team.

 

Qualification include the following:

 Demonstrated leadership abilities and results orientationExcellent communication skills in written, oral and presentation forms Outside sales experience Self directed with excellent organizational and time management skills Proven ability to make sound business decisions Ability to work with a variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds Team player with a positive attitude Computer proficient with Windows and Office Ability to travel At least two year previous experience managing an outside sales team
