Real Estate Directory News (REDNews) is a highly respected  commercial real estate marketing company that provides commercial real estate professionals with a print publication as well as online services for marketing their commercial properties and services throughout Texas. 

 

The company is seeking a dynamic professional with a proven track record to oversee its sales and marketing efforts as well as manage its sales staff. 

 

Qualifications include:

 - Proven leadership and management capabilities including hiring, training

 and motivating sales employees;

-  Experience preparing & implementing marketing plans including market

 analyses & sales strategy;

-  Strong interpersonal skills including good oral/written communication

  skills;

-  Successful sales track record in print & online sales;

-Stable work background;

-  Commercial real estate experience;

-  Conscientious and professional team player with high level of integrity.

 

Responsibilities include:

-  Develop & oversee business development & marketing strategy; 

-  Communicate & relationship build with existing clients;

-  Motivate & manage sales staff of three employees;

-  Improve market presence & product sales throughout Texas.

 

Compensation

 -  Base salary + commission + bonus (dependent upon experience);

 -  Equity position considered after a successful first year.
