Relationship Manager-Business Banking-Cleveland

  We have an immediate opportunity for an experiences Relationship Manager that will be primarily responsible for business development and relationship management in the Cleveland Ohio Area.  Will manage an existing portfolio of excellent Business Banking relationships and provide a high level of customer service to our business clients and managing their banking relationships. Acquisition of new clients through active calling on existing clients to solicit referrals and by calling on targeted prospects. Retention of the client base through value added and exceptional service is required. A successful Relationship Manager consults with clients to identify product and services that fit their needs and benefit their businesses. Profiling and cross-selling based on need will result in the deepening of the relationships. Make referrals to other lines of business when appropriate. ManagesP&L associated with the portfolio, including loan grading, loan pricing, pay/return decisioning.
