SPECIALTY ACCOUNT MANAGER - CONNECTICUT

Responsibilities include the development and implementation of business plans at targeted institutions within assigned territory to achieve sales objectives. Will develop and maintain strategic relationships with key thought leaders and internal business partners, use strong territory management and business planning skills, provide technical expertise, project a professional demeanor in all activities, and bring an entrepreneurial approach to develop programs and a consultative approach to selling discussions.

BS/BA Degree required; MBA preferred but not required. Selling experience in the therapeutic areas of oncology, infectious disease, hematology/oncology, immunology, and previous success selling highly technical bio-pharmaceuticals to specialists in a hospital setting; and demonstrated ability to learn technical medical knowledge (previous clinical experience), past employment in a hospital setting, and previous sales experience are musts.
