The ideal candidate will be an independent, self-motivated, sales professional with established relationships with customers in their assigned territory.

- Sell the full line of Oce Production Printing Systems products (continuous and cut sheet) in a 100% dedicated Graphics Arts Territory
- Perform effective cold calling and needs identification, conduct product demos, create proposals and ensure a successful sale
- Develop strategic plan for maximizing long-term account revenue opportunities
- Demonstrated understanding of customer business, including key executive developments
- Viewed by most customers as a business partner with understanding of the customer-specific work processes and individual requirements
- Consistently develops executive-level relationships
- Consistent superior performance as demonstrated by plan achievement in past three-four years of past six years
- Establishing a territory in the following market segments: Commerical Print, Book Printers/Publishers, Quick Print, Financial and Legal Print, HQ locations of Franchise Print

Required Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years selling in Graphic Arts
- Independent, self-motivated sales professional with established relationships with customers in their assigned territory
- BA degree in Marketing, Business or business-related discipline
- Knowledge of Graphic Arts workflows
- Establish and develop account relationships with decision makers and influencers
- Ability to consistently gain executive access for Oce resources
- Consistent achievement of territory quota
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
