Job Description and Responsibilities:

 

RADirect, Inc., a growing value-added reseller specializing in networking access equipment and storage networking solutions, is looking for an Account Manager to join our inside sales team.  This individual will be responsible for building new accounts and managing existing customer relationships to help increase sales revenues. Responsibilities include:

 

-  Handle inbound phone traffic by responding to inquiries from existing customer base & new leads.

-  Maintain daily calendar, including phone follow ups, quotations, sales support & account management.

-  Log current sales stage, prospect interaction and account activity in CRM system.

-  Effectively manage open opportunities and maintain an accurate pipeline.

-  Manage all stages of the sales cycle, including new business development, quotation customization, and project management.

-  Work with internal Operations & System Engineering teams to coordinate a smooth sales transaction.

-  Provide feedback and creative input to generate new sources of revenue from customer base to meet or exceed quotas.

-  Assist with special lead generating projects & activities that may require cold calling.

-  Assist with sales support functions including forecasting and report preparation.

REQUIRMENTS:


The ideal candidate will have a college degree and 2-3 years sales experience in a technology related industry. A background in selling networking solutions, storage applications, and/or access equipment is a plus. Required business computing skills include use of E-mail services, MS Office business productivity software, and experience with CRM contact management software ? GOLDMINE or SALESFORCE preferred. Strong communications, time management and writing skills are needed. Possess excellent prospecting, presentation, negotiating and closing skills. Requires a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Be a team player! Occasional travel may be required.
