Sales Administration Analyst

Description:
Responsible for the daily operations of sales support services. Interacts with underwriting in coordinating rate quotes, with brokers to help manage flow of proposal packages and quotes, and with client groups in resolving daily service issues. Assist with RFPs and participate in open enrollment meetings..Manage the RFP process for small and middle market segment.

Manage the sales process: Ensure that RFP information is entered Isell timely, accurate and complete to all presale requests; Fully complete and send the quote request form to underwriting.
Develop and build relationship with brokers and consultants..

Qualifications:
BA/BS or equivalent work experience (preferably in a financial discipline).
Minimum of 4 years in a managed care environment.
Understanding of the theory and mechanics of major funding vehicles including traditional, minimum premium and ASO.
Underwriting experience desired and the ability to discern favorable prospects.
Ability to coordinate activities with sales team and matrix partners.
Strong planning/organizational skills; ability to prioritize multiple activities.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Solid financial and financial analysis skills..
