Sales Administration and Marketing (Industrial/Electrical)

We are in need of a detail oriented person to assist in our internal sales and marketing efforts from our pleasant office environment in Grand Rapids/Kentwood Michigan.  This full-time or part-time position is key in helping to manage our long-term relationships with customers as well as developing and maintaining marketing material.

 

Duties for this position can include but are not limited to all aspects of customer service and sales (order entry and follow-up, preparing quotations, correspondence and database management) as well as marketing (point of contact, maintenance, information gathering and writing) for our new line of products and services.  Candidates should be dependable, personable and have a willingness to learn new things.  A high school diploma is required.  Computer experience (word processing, spreadsheet and database), excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a dynamic phone personality are also required.  Related college level courses (business, engineering and/or marketing), related work experience or graphic/web design skills are a plus.  Training will be provided with regards to our specific market segment.  Competitive wages and a full range of benefits are included.
