Position : Sales Coordinator

Sassy Thai is a clothing division of Best of Thailand. We design and manufacture women clothing and accessories for more than 300 high-end unique boutique stores and specialty department stores in US. We market our products though our aggressive sales reps in major shows in US such as New York, Las Vegas, Atlanta, Florida, Dallas, Hawaii, San Francisco and Los Angeles. We also have a web presence that takes orders on-line from both US and International customers.

Pay: $12-$15 per hours plus commission

 

Hours: 8-5

 

Location: Downtown ? 603 Navarro Suite 604  San Antonio, TX 78205

 

Primary/Sales ResponsibilitiesWork with the sales team to Meet/exceed quota targets and goals on monthly/quarterly basis Inbound call and outbound proactive sales and customer service calls (Order placement, product problems, product returns, order cancellation, follow-up with shipping status and terms) Work with Shippers to prioritize product shipmentWork closely with purchasing and warehouse to assure produce availability Coordinate with Oversea production by emailCustomer Service and Account Development Customer Prospect Profile Maintenance Aggressively Sell/Upsell clothing and women accessories by phone, email and trade shows Proactively follow up leads from trades, shows and web. Reports to CEO on shipping, customer relationships, forecasts and new prospects Maintain long-term relationships with customers through the use of database, phone calls, personal activities and various other methods.

Qualifications/Skills RequiredLove to be in Fashion IndustryOutgoing, Friendly and HelpfulBS preferred or equivalent experienceCustomer focused and results driven Sales or Customer Service experience preferred Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills Outstanding phone manner a must, experience in telephone sales beneficial Professional, creative and dynamic presence and the ability to communicate with people at all levels Prompt, proactive, polite and able to stay calm and productive in hectic, multi-taking environment Eager and able to contribute from day one Excellent time management and organization skills, ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks Must be flexible and work well in a team and independently Strong planning and follow through skills Ability to present professional image of self and company Effective decision making and problem solving capabilities
