Sales Development Coordinator

Description:
Manage and oversee the implementation, administration and integration of specific Corporate Sales business systems and processes in Canada. Develop and implement tools and procedures to help the Sales team effectively utilize these business systems to achieve the net sales and contribution objectives of the company. He/she applies a high degree of analysis and problem solving skills to develop processes and reports that both improve the accuracy of the information contained in Business Planner and allow the Sales team to make the most effective use possible of the software.

Qualifications:
o A recognized Bachelor's degree or college diploma, preferably in Business, Economics, or a related discipline.
o Comprehensive knowledge of the Canadian Consumer Packaged Goods industry trends and practices to effectively evaluate potential opportunities.
o Comprehensive knowledge of Canadian trade customers, their operating and merchandising strategies and category objectives to effectively analyze opportunities and make sound recommendations.
o Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage functional workload, multiple priorities and competing time demands.
o Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate complex technical material to the Sales and Marketing teams.
o Proven skills identifying and interpreting relevant information from both internal and external sources to support analysis and recommendations.
