Sales Performance Analyst

As an integral member of our Sales team, you will:



Be responsible for technical development for all sales reporting that provides key performance metrics for internal and external management.  Develop and automate weekly tracking reports that measure the performance of the Sales teams/individual.  Automate the process of measuring SIP performance.  Integrate and coordinate the disparate reporting systems within Sara Lee Foodservice.  Ability to translate business requirements into reporting solution.


 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Reporting

Identify & report on key performance measures for internal and external management
Development of customer and broker “score cards” that enhance performance management
Ensure consistency and accuracy of data
Identify best practices and roll out to the field as appropriate by leveraging system capabilities


Systems implementation and enhancements

Maximize efficiency and utilization of systems for reporting
Ensure that reports accurately reflect key business indicators and that key information is available quickly and easily
Lead design and definition of system development and enhancementsIdentify linkage with all other reporting systems and leverage capabilities and/or streamline

Bachelor’s Degree Required 1-3 years experience in programming, development and utilization of sales reporting systems Demonstrated capability of maximizing reporting applications Detailed oriented Thorough knowledge of business linkages to reporting Strong communication and analytical skills Strong VBA, Excel, Access and Hyperion Essbase experience required
