Sales Recruiting Account Manager
Reporting to the Regional VP of Staffing Services, the Sales/Recruiting Account Manager will have responsibility for maintaining long-term recruiting relationships with existing clients and establishing new accounts for our temporary and permanent pharmacy employee services.
Establish relationships with new clients resulting in placement of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians using the Advocate Rx Solutions Recruiting/Sales/Marketing strategic plan.
Strengthen and expand existing client relationships to produce and enhance staffing revenue.
Successfully recruit pharmacists and pharmacy technicians for temp, temp to hire, and permanent relationships
Identify and pursue opportunities for contracting and placement of Consultant Managers
Responsible for pre-screening and interviewing potential pharmacist and pharmacy technician candidates and ensuring completion of all paperwork for new hires
Assists in preparation of employment advertisements using newspapers, pharmacy journals, internet sources and other related mediums.
Prepares and sends out staffing services, permanent placement and consultant manager agreements, follows up on outstanding agreements and tracks receipt of signed contracts.
Performs scheduling duties as required to assist Scheduling Coordinator.
Attends trade shows as required and supports related activities including scheduling of client meetings, networking and booth preparation.
Assist in maintenance of active employee data base.
Generates Recruiting/Sales/Marketing tool for review by management. Related duties as assigned
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor?s degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires two (2) to four (4) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Strong interpersonal skills
Good negotiating skills
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level or higher
