Sales Professionals:  A full time career opportunity in sales of pest control services to the residential consumer, this position offers a salary plus commissions.  Successful sales inspectors have a targeted total earnings package of $40,000, with many earning well above that amount.  Sales experience, strong communication and organizational skills and follow through are the basic talents you provide.  We will train you to develop leads, understand our services and sell new business.

 

Business to Business Sales Reps:  A full time career opportunity in sales of pest control services to businesses, this position offers a salary plus commissions and a car allowance.  Successful account managers have a targeted total earnings package of $50,000, with many earning well above that amount.  Outside sales experience in a business-to-business environment is required, with the ability to develop and make presentations to key decision makers.

 

Sales Management:  This salaried manager will have direct supervision of 9+ sales professionals and is responsible for developing new business in the California market through the recruitment, hiring, training and development of a productive sales team. Orkin will pay a salary commensurate with the candidate?s qualified sales management experience, with a performance based bonus plan and a car allowance.  Successful sales management performance in a multi unit setting is required.

 

General Operations Management Trainee:  Candidates with outstanding people skills must have a successful history in direct supervision of managers and teams, and have current operational management experience with P&L accountability. Orkin transitions management trainees to the pest control industry through classroom and on the job training in a service and sales environment.  The starting salary of a management trainee is commensurate with the candidate?s qualified general management experience.
