Sales Support Manager

Responsibilities include campaign implementation, field reporting, product training, office support, sales rep support, quality assurance, and customer service as well as identifying and/or resolving issues pertaining to any related problems. The Sales Support Manager should:
Maintain a positive and professional attitude This position requires 60% monthly travel within the US Liaison between internal and external clients to facilitate implementation of process. Support the sales reps/field with training, point of sale materials, and customer support Work to ensure that sales reps go through appropriate training and have tools to conduct business accordingly Audit and/or manage the quality assurance of the sales orders completed Conduct field audit of sales to insure correctness and completeness of the sales campaign implementation Review client data and work to resolve issues resulting from analysis
Bachelor?s degree preferred.
3-5 years experience with business to business sales environment
