As a Sales Support Specialist with DecisionOne, you will make outbound calls to clients and prospects in order to build a relationship, uncover potential opportunity, and handle changes to a customer account. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be based at our Devon, PA headquarters, approximately 20 miles outside of downtown Philadelphia. Your customer service or sales experience in a professional or internship environment will enable you to speak with clients and prospects with a cheerful, clear communication style. You will be measured on the number of calls you make per week and the effectiveness of those calls in making introductions and servicing customers. Strong computer skills in MS Office and the ability to learn our SFA system, Salesforce.com, will enable you to hit the ground running.
