Sales & Marketing Assistant Toy Company Lake Geneva, WI

Coordinates sales samples to reps, photo shoots, and direct accounts.Coordinates product UPC, specs and pricing.Records and reports purchase orders and detail sales.Submits all requested and necessary paperwork relating to vendor set up and requested documents.(Quote sheet review, vendor set up and revision forms, supplier agreements, requesting shipping manuals, country or account specific paperwork, requesting insurance forms, etc.)Answers customer service emails.Mails requested CD?s, catalogs, signed paperwork, etc. via Fed Ex and Kinko?s.Develops catalogs and marketing materials to promote sales of product.Makes travel and hotel arrangements.Physically coordinates appointments and show paperwork.Other projects as required.
