Sales & Marketing Representative

Experience:

A minimum of two (2) years of previous F&I auto dealership experience in the last five (5) years is a must.  A minimum of two (2) years experience in sales and training in automotive retail lending or a related industry is also a must.  Please do not apply without these qualifications.

The successful candidate will work, exclusively for Finance Express, ("FEX")out of a home based office and will travel within their home state and surrounding states.

 

Headquartered in California, Finance Express operates an online auto platform specifically designed for independent used vehicle dealers. Finance Express is seeking qualified and enthusiastic individuals to join the F&I team.







 

Job Summary:

The Marketing Representative will promote the Finance Express product in an assigned area of responsibility. The candidate will become a subject matter expert of the Finance Express platform as well as all other lender programs available in the area of responsibility. This position will be responsible for dealer selection, evaluation, and signup with Finance Express. Dealer signup with available lenders will be determined through dealer evaluation, service and training will occur until consistent utilization takes place. This candidate will act as a liaison for internal and external communications with AFC branches and dealers to grow business and relationships.

 

Responsibilities & Duties:

1. Maintain a good flow of communication with the supervisors and customer.

2. Sign and train at least the minimum number of dealers per month based on FEX goals. Each dealer will be signed on one or more FEX products.

3. Present FEX products to dealers, including the proper structuring of deals on the available lender programs.

4. Assist the dealership in high look to book ratios with lenders.

5. Act as a liaison for internal and external communications with the following: dealers, FEX supervisors, FEX corporate, and AFC personnel. Provide regular status reports and manage task lists on assigned accounts/deals.

6. Work with respective supervisors to develop new sales strategies and work with dealers to determine volume potential.

7. Provide updated status reports and maintain database records.

8. Ensure proper follow-through on all directives and schedules from managers.

9. Make sure customers receive prompt, efficient and courteous attention from all contacts and transactions.

10. Other duties, as assigned.

 

Job Qualification Requirements:

Qualified candidates must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word, as well as the ability to use the Internet for research purposes. Excellent interpersonal, sales and training skills required. Strong organizational, time management and follow-up abilities are required. The ability to work in a very fast paced and challenging work environment is essential.
