Wild at Work is currently seeking a qualified individual to oversee the sales markets, grow existing business and establish new accounts in key destination markets such as California, Nevada, Florida, Hawaii and New York, as well as national industry advertisers within the hospitality, tourism, retail and financial sectors.  This opportunity includes exclusive territory rights with possible future options for expansion. Our Associate Publishers are Independent Contractors (1099) and as such enjoy the full entrepreneurial benefits and financial rewards of operating their own business. all without any franchise fees, distributor cost, products to buy or initial investment.  You'll work the entire sales pipeline from prospecting for new business to sales calls, through to client meetings and closing business. We'll provide you with leads, training, tools and a team of professionals to support your efforts. This is an unique business opportunity for the right candidate.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

The main responsibilities for a Wild at Work Associate Publisher include advertising sales within its print and on-line publications, account service to maintain high visibility with clients, and an opportunistic approach to upsell existing business.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

We are currently accepting resumes from candidates with a proven track record of a minimum of five years? success in advertising sales and an extensive knowledge of the tourism and/or retail advertising markets. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, demonstrate effective communication, networking, organizational, and time management skills, and have a history of exceeding sales targets.

 

TRAINING / START-UP

All new publishers receive a comprehensive training/orientation program at our corporate office in San Diego, as well as receiving ongoing extensive support.  We have a comprehensive data base of qualified leads that are available for immediate contact.

 

LOCATION

We offer a complete office facility for your use at our corporate offices, or, you may choose to work remotely, attending our weekly sales meetings or teleconferences.

 

COMPENSATION

Wild at Work offers a generous compensation package of up to 30% of all market net revenue including:

? 15% to 30% commission on all advertising

? 15% commission on all renewal sales

? An annual $5,000 advertising trade-out allowance

? Monthly bonus trade-out opportunities

? Quarterly and annual bonuses for meeting and exceeding goals

 

The average income for first year Wild at Work Publishers is between $4,500 and $7,500 per month, with excellent future growth and earnings potential.
