Senior Account Manager/Sales Director - Compounded Plastics/Resin

Multi-national company, located in the Atlanta area, seeks a highly accomplished, senior sales manager with experience in managing key account relationships at major, international accounts.

 

Experience in custom compounded materials is preferred.  Demonstrated success in achieving major market share penetration at key accounts is a must.

 

The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate achievements in the following areas:

 Sustained record of success in growing market share at targeted major accounts Managing the sales and logistics process of supply world-wide Building "core team" involvement internally to achieve total customer satisfaction and maximize market share position Potential to manage other sales representatives in global arena to accomplish targeted objectives Manage marketing activities such as trade shows and customer presentations.

 

While the administration site is located in the Atlanta area, initially this position could be located in any efficient location.

Strong preference will be given to individuals who can demonstrate leadership and success in the development of key accounts on an international scale.  Ten years experience in the compounded plastics, rubber or other materials also a strong preference.
