Service Account Manager--Healthcare & Claims Experience Needed

We want a self-sufficient professional with solid healthcare industry and claims knowledge for our Tampa, FL team. As the Service Account Manager, you would process email and phone calls regarding client claims, billing, and enrollment issues. Your strong customer service and problem solving skills would be essential. If you are looking for an exciting environment with opportunity for growth, this is the position for you.

 

Primary responsibilities include:
Handling email and phone response regarding claims, billing, and enrollment issues
Acting as the main client liaison, ensuring client satisfaction
Meeting with clients as needed
Working with the Strategic Account Executives (SAE) on renewals
Educating clients on program changes, including new additions, systems reporting, e-services, etc.
Travel as needed



Solid relationship building skills are required.  Excellent written and verbal communication talents are essential. Healthcare industry and claims knowledge is mandatory. A customer service background is needed; supervisory experience is a plus. Account management history is strongly preferred. IDT or UNET skills are also favored.  Proficiency in MS Office applications is required.
