This Client Development position will support the overall Citi relationship with a leading client within the Citi Partnership Group, responsible for supporting the growth and marketing of the cobrand credit program for this key client.

 

As a credit programs industry expert, identify and implement strategic / tactical initiatives to drive profitable sales growth for this client relationship.

 

Analyze program performance results to develop action plans to improve performance and profitability for Citi as well as the client.

 

Develop and maintain positive business relationships with senior executives within the client’s organizational structure. Lead Citi’s organizational efforts to strengthen the overall relationship with the client.

 

Provide support in the development of Citi business processes (annual business plans, ongoing strategic and tactical marketing initiatives, forecasting analytics, monthly performance management reviews, employee mentoring, and strengthening cross-functional teams).

 

Build organizational consensus supporting the client with the consistent delivery of quality customer experiences including credit products, operations, and client business processes.

Bachelor’s degree, MBA desirable. 

 

Seeking 7+ years experience, including P&L track record within the credit card industry, preferably in a partnership/relationship management role.

 

Strong knowledge of the dynamics of the consumer cobrand credit card industry required. 

 

Demonstrated strong analytic, relationship, communication and matrix-management skills.

 

Ability to partner across the Citi Cards (cross-functional, highly-matrixed) organization important.
