We have the following opportunity as a Specialty Sales Representative.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

?  Consistent attainment of all sales quotas.

?  Manage entire account base through product assortment plans, forecasting, sell through reports,

strategic planning and inventory control.

?  Possess a complete understanding of Fila?s mission as it relates to corporate objectives. 

?  Demonstrate a proficient knowledge of Fila, competitors, programs and market trends.

?Communicate all market feedback and issues to Fila management.

Provide timely response to customer inquiries; manage account orders and product flow; work with customer service, credit, and the D.C. to ensure proper, accurate & consistent shipping of all orders to accounts.

?  Adherence & enforcement of corporate deadlines.

?  Prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive sales presentations.

?  Frequent travel required which may include weekends.

?  Ability to lift and carry samples up to 40lbs.

?  Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

?  Other duties as assigned.

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

?  Excellent organizational and time management skills.

?  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

?  PC proficiency, including working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS

Outlook).

?  Excellent analytical skills related to retail math

?  Results oriented, optimistic person with high personal standards.

?  4 ? year college degree.

? 1-3 years sales experience a plus.

?   Aptitude for a specific specialty channel
