Strategic Accounts Manager

Video Professor in Lakewood, Colorado is looking for the ideal candidate who possesses strong leadership qualities, is driven to succeed and will excel in this competitive industry. The Strategic Accounts Executive will be responsible for contacting existing and potentially new vendors and affiliate partners to forge joint ventures or partnerships to market and advertise Video Professor products on the Internet.  Solid, verifiable, successful experience in a high-level sales role for an Internet marketing or online advertising company is required.  We are looking for a self-starter that can also manage and train others as necessary. The position requires quick thinking, problem solving and the ability to elicit cooperation from disparate parties both within and outside of the VP organization.  This individual must also be familiar with CPA, CPM, CPC and CPL pricing models and have proven success in each of these areas as well as verified contacts in the online advertising industry.  Candidates with skill and experience in Internet media buying affiliate network distribution, or vendor relations/sales within a top 100 Internet site are preferred.

 

Responsibilities:

? Make a required number of contacts to business prospects that VP may work with to promote our product

? Report of successes, trends, obstacles and failures to Ecommerce Business Development Manager

? Travel to vendor?s site for meetings, as well as attend trade shows and seminars, as needed (30% travel required).

? Prepare proposals and presentations for internal use at Video Professor and externally to vendors

? Coordinate with internal resources to ensure that contracts, IOs and other media requests are completed in a timely manner

? Identify and bring to market new opportunities and relationships in which to increase order volume for Video Professor

 

A bachelor?s or master?s degree in a business field or 3-5 years Internet marketing experience required.  This would be a great position for a junior or mid-level superstar to move into a leadership position to take your career to the next level.  If you thrive on challenges, can lead without constant supervision and have an eye for marketing opportunities, we want to hear from you.
