The Telemarketing Account Manager is responsible for all aspects of external telemarketing campaigns, including, but not limited to vendor communications, campaign design, script creation/review, weekly reporting, forecasting and program planning and management The Telemarketing Account Manager is also responsible for inbound call routing and tracking for marketing inquiries. Proven track record in leading external telemarketing organization to achieve or exceed their lead targets.

Excellent presentation and project management skills. Strong verbal and written communications required. BA/BS required. Knowledge of SalesForce.com a plus.
