KnowledgeLake, A Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, specializes in providing Enterprise Content Management and Workflow solutions on a Microsoft platform. To keep up with the market demand for KnowledgeLake?s software products and services, the company is seeking talented and focused sales consultants who can contribute significantly to this fast-paced growth.
Description of Job Duties: Responsible for the direct sale of KnowledgeLake products and Professional Services in an assigned geographic territory. The position is also responsible for identifying and qualifying new prospects, and/or maintaining existing customers; the development and execution of a sales plan to achieve an assigned sales quota; providing detailed product information and coordinating demonstrations, quoting prices, managing installation efforts after the sale, and all account oversight responsibilities.
Job requires working sales opportunities directly, with authorized KnowledgeLake Partners and Microsoft sales teams. In addition to direct selling efforts, the Territory Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the various Microsoft field personnel within the Territory. This includes providing education to Microsoft personnel and promoting KnowledgeLake capabilities to the local Microsoft representatives.
Skills Required: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), strong interpersonal relations, and solid account management skills are required; ability to work with a team; excellent organization skills; and the ability to manage expectations.
Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a face-to-face customer sales environment; bachelor?s degree or equivalent; demonstrated experience selling complex software solutions and support services at the C-Suite level; demonstrated success selling large-scale software systems (ECM/BPM/CRM/ERP); and familiarity with ECM, Imaging, Workflow and MS SharePoint technology. Experience selling enterprise software solutions to paper intensive verticals including banking, finance, insurance, government, etc. is a plus.
Additional Remarks: Travel required.
