T3 Energy Services is seeking a Wellhead Sales Manager.  This candidate MUST have experience with Wellhead products. 

 

Key Skills and Competencies:

1.  Minimum 10 years experience in outside sales with valve or pressure control products related industries.

2.  Prior experience in selling to end-users, Engineering Firms and contractors in the Oil and Gas, Pipeline, Petroleum or Process Industries.

3.  Working knowledge and application of ISO, API and other applicable manufacturing standards and regulations.

4.  Intermediate knowledge and proficiency with computer software to include, but not limited to: Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

5.  Strong leadership, interpersonal and communications skills.

6.  Strong problem solving skills for the identification and resolution of problems in a timely manner.

7.  Excellent organizational and planning skills.  Individual should prioritize and plan work activities efficiently.

8.  Must be adaptable to changes in the work environment, competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.

9.  Must be able to take and follow written and oral instructions.

10. Freedom and willingness to travel both domestic and international.

11. Self-starter able to operate independently within a defined sales territory.

12. Must possess a person credit card to use for Company travel and business entertainment purposes.

 

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

1.  Responsible for achieving budgeted sales and bookings of the company?s products within the assigned sales territory, product line(s) or industry.

2.  Responsible for the development work, specification and customer acceptance of products to customers and on projects within the assigned territory, products line(s) or industry.

3.  Make direct sales calls (phone or physical) and pursue projects within the assigned territory, product line(s) or industry.

4.  Develop fiscal year forecasts and territory, product line(s) or industry plans which support the company?s budget and are consistent with the spirit of the company?s strategic plan.

5.  Track and report, as requested by supervisor, all project and/or target customer activity, sales opportunities and competitor activity within the assigned territory, products line(s) or industry.

6.  Make product presentations and participate in joint sales calls with other company sales personnel to promote T-3 Energy Services products and to maintain good customer relations.

7.  Provide sales and product training to customers at seminars and trade shows.

8.  Provide initial product trouble shooting/service in the field as required.

9.  Must be able to communicate in English (both written and oral) as it relates to the job.

10. Within the scope of the job requirements, will be required to adhere and comply with state and federal law, the Company ISO Quality Program and procedures, Company policies and Safety and Environmental Regulations.

11. May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
