Associate Director of Admissions

Description:
The Associate Director of Admissions is responsible for the management of the overall performance of the team, along with being the coach, a motivator and mentor of the 20+ person Concord Law School team. The goal of the ADOA is to instill a sense of team responsibility, team leadership and ultimately improve the student start and retention rates through quality customer service, team performance and follow up. An integral part of the ADOA position is to coach the Admission Advisors to ensure the skill development of the team.

Typical activities for an Associate Director of Admissions include:
o Achieve team performance standards and lead the team in the accomplishment of meeting assigned goals
o Manage Admissions Advisors and the day-to-day Admissions activities
o Use his/her expertise to coach team members to ultimately increase overall conversion and start rates
o Provide ongoing training for all team members (help) classes
o Schedule lead distribution to Advisors
o Implement and monitor student follow up procedures
o Ensure Advisor accuracy with regard to student status changes in the CRM/Orion
o Motivate and support team members
o Conduct new hire and ongoing training
o Use metrics to analyze and improve team member production
o Know, maintain, adhere and comply with all appropriate corporate policies, state and federal regulations and follow all Standard Operating Procedures
o Maintain knowledge of programs offered and take responsibility for keeping current with program changes and new programs offered
o Participate in programs for self-improvement and professional development especially as it relates to coaching
o Facilitate inter-departmental communications to help create a positive, team-oriented atmosphere

o Performs all interactions with the highest level of customer service and professionalism
o Perform various other duties as assigned by Management
Experience Required:
o Proven success as a Leader on an Admissions Team
o Minimum of 6 months work experience as an Admissions Advisor
o Aggregate goal accomplished for current year
o Product and procedural knowledge
o Positive attitude and willingness to help others
o Successful managerial experience of at least 1 year
o Capable of accomplishing multiple tasks within specific periods of time

Qualifications:
Education Required: Must have an Associates Degree and/or a minimum of 5 years sales experience

Position Requirements:
o Must be able to work some evenings and periodic weekends if necessary
o Ability to answer complicated Admissions questions accurately and in detail
o Ability to deliver outstanding customer service by telephone, e-mail, and other media
